happy valentine's day!

This was Ellie a couple of nights ago, preparing her valentines for preschool. I love her concentration here. And this is the sketch that I used for a layout last night. Sally is the resident layout sketch artist extraordinaire at Split Coast, and I love, love, love this week's from her:

I just bought a couple of Basic Grey 6x6 paper pads and love quilting the patterns together like this! I used Sultry on this page - "I am a dancer."

Thank you for visiting, and I hope you are having a fabulous Valentine's Day!!

  1. Jennie,
Love the quilted look here. Such a great idea. I also love that adorable photo of Ellie concentrating on her Valentine's. Thanks for stopping by my blog and congratulating me on my DT position. That was really sweet of you.
