*scrappy paperweights*

from our Back to the Drawing Board fan club gallery at Splitcoaststampers in August!

here's my write-up:

I love making collage-y projects and knew that I could do something really fun with these paperweights from Oriental Trading!

I used a scalloped journaling spot from Jenni Bowlin as a template for the paper layers. Then I used different stamped scraps as the main images and added some words.

Things got a bit messy when I was experimenting with the best adhesive to stick them to the glass paperweight, but they turned out just great! Some of them have felt bottoms, too, so they're cushioned for the wood desk.

I hope you like them and get some great ideas from them! :)

Supply list:

Stamps: Oxford Impressions (bird, crowns); Inka Stamps (bird, bee, egg); Stampin' Up! (Everyday Flexible Phrases)
Paper: Daisy D's; Stampin' Up!; Basic Grey (scraps)
Ink: Staz On black, brown
Accessories: misc. Stickles; Oriental Trading Co. paperweights
